Confirmation and Availability

Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. Check-in and check-out timings will be as per the hotel’s policy.

Room Reservations: No reservations have been made at this stage. This document serves only as a quotation.

Meals

Meal Timings: Guests are required to follow the meal timings specified by the hotel. ShivOm Tour and Travel is not responsible for meals missed or unconsumed.

Identification

Identity Proof: Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification for airport security checks and hotel check-ins.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Payment Responsibility: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and must be paid for directly by the guest at the hotel.

Hotel Reservations

Quotations: All quotes are indicative and not confirmation of bookings. If the originally quoted hotels are unavailable, we will offer equivalent or alternative options.

Additional Charges

Transparency : ShivOm Tour and Travel does not impose hidden charges except for meals (if not included) and personal expenses. If you are asked for extra payment, inform us immediately. We are not liable for unauthorized payments made without prior consultation.

Unused Services

Non-Refundable : No refunds will be provided for unused services such as accommodation, meals, sightseeing, or transportation missed due to weather conditions, health issues, strikes, roadblocks, or natural calamities. ShivOm Tour and Travel will not be responsible for disruptions beyond our control.

Hotel Information

Disclosure Policy: ShivOm Tour and Travel does not disclose hotel names or specific details before the booking is confirmed. After confirmation, full hotel information will be shared.

Upgrades: If you wish to upgrade your accommodation after confirmation, please inform us at the earliest; additional charges may apply.

Travel Issues

Immediate Reporting: Any problems encountered with hotels, vehicles, or services must be reported to your ShivOm Tour and Travel representative immediately for resolution. Complaints raised after the trip will not be entertained.

Meals and Room Services

As per Hotel Policy: Buffet meals and room service will be available according to hotel policies. No refunds or discounts will be given for unutilized services after package confirmation.

Disputes

Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from bookings with ShivOm Tour and Travel will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Acceptance

Agreement: By confirming your booking with ShivOm Tour and Travel, you acknowledge and accept all the above terms and conditions.
